When the technologies is geting mroe and more advance, it slowly infuse in your daily life and becomes your routine. When more and more people are behaving like this, the cultural and society presence will slowly change to the pace with the presence of technology. Economies old days and nowadays also slowly changeing according to the culture of society nowadays. Worker nowadays not only know how to wnjoy their personal life but also the working life. It can be done by infusing both in one. In old days, coffee can only be prepared one by one,firstly by added the coffee powder followed by sugar and milk. Nowadays, they infuse everything in a packet so called 3 in 1. Even when we are attending college or universities right now,  most of the program offer  2+1, 3+0, 1.5+1.5 years which integration is a better choice and trend for now.

There is actually an advantage for the worker nowadays as they usually does not have enough time for personal lifestyle. Imagine it would be so much more convenient if your girlfriend is your colleague? If she would wants a meal with you, you can just settle it by having lunch with her. If she would want to be in a same environment with you, thats perfect! both of you are in the same office. By emerging social life into the working environment, it might create a better effect on an individual. For example, in order to show your girlfriend that you're capable, you will automatically increase our working performance. When you have a boss which is hot tempered, you can eventually communicate with his girlfriend instead to get a better understanding on your boss.

Company nowadays actually trying to emerge suitable entertainment into worker's working life so that they can relax while working. Some country actually apply the concept of permission for the staff worker to take a nap at 3pm before continuing their work. In google company, they are actually some games room that let their worker to enjoy some entertainment beside strresing them out of the work. In most of the advertising company, play and work are combining together in order to burst a brilliat idea on the worker themselves. At last the one who get benifits is still the company itself. Thus, whay not by the time the company able to give pleasure to the worker and they will repay you with money.

By combining social life with working actually able to stimulate the workers capability in thinking and the feeling of constibuting to the company. For exmaple, Gmail was actually created by a worker in Google. The worker has nothing to do with developing  a new features for Google, but thru entertainment during working hour, he actually develope such idea and purpose to Google.Finally,Gamil appear and become the public's choices.

Thus, in order to achieveing anything, balance between work and play is very important in order to develop your capability and brings into the economy.

Information Ecology.

Every objects in this world has a cycle itself to start off, to reach to,and finally dies off and reborn. This cycle repeatly occuring without the time knowing. For example,a human borned,raised,reaches it glory,and slowly dies off.Another human will replace the position and continue the cycyle. It is same as a paper.A paper is made from a tree,go through a process,being used by human,and been throw to dustbin,recycled and turn to another things. This cycle applies to all paper,and to the informatic world today.

Information ecology refers to the information cycle which is contain of node and information. The cycle is depending only on node which is act as the middle man while the information is flow through it in order to reach the destination. Nodes and information is depending on each other. For example, node is the blood vessels and the haemoglobin carries all the information needed in the body. By using the blood vessels,the haemoglobin are able to carries oxygen to all the organs. The relationship between node and flow is just like that,without one of them, they will be no connection.

The node and flow connection is being affected by 4 categories which every factor is interconnect with each other and thus create a cycle for this information life.

Interdependency.
If there is no nodes,information could not be tranform into a breand new information and send out.Same goes to if there is no information, node has no value on it.Thus in order to survive,both of the element need to rely on each other. It is applied on how we have to rely on how a mother need to rely on the son to raise her when she is old,and how a son need to rely on his mother to raise him up to an adult. This relationship is consistent and no exchangeable.

Change.
If it were to compare, it is just like a cell phone. For smart phone, when you have a new version of application, the smartphone itself have to upgrade in order to compatible with the application. When the version is changed, it is not only upgraded the application but also the smartphone system as well in order to be always compatible.

Time-Boundness
As the technology era is keep on changing, it can happen in no time. when can you know the hacker would hack your system? How can you predict what will happen in the next one minute? No one can guarantee that others will not overcome you if you could not change yourself to keep on advanced that them. Changes can happen in no time, but it has to follow the pace given and in order to survive, the node and flow of information have to change on time to catch up the pace. It applies in our daily life that in order to follow the pace, we have to rush or work harder to catch up the pace.

Differenciation.
Do you know why high class women always eager to buy high branded bags and shirt? It is just to differenciate he/she with other human being. It applies the same as the relationship between the nodes and information. The node or information have to be unique and different in order to show the worthiness of cycling the information and pass around.

As a conclusion, nodes and flow of information is important to rely on each other to get ahead of others to continue survive. It is just same as human, as the technology is more advance from time to time, if human could not follow the pace, it is useless to have an advance technology.

Declaration of cyberspace

What would you feel when you are in the toilet and your mother keeps on knocking your door and shout you to come out? The feeling of anger and frustrates overwhelmed your mind and you would just wanted to stop the annoying knocking sound. Oh man, I would only want a minute of private space to do the things I want,and need.

Cybersoace is an infinite world to us. It can contains unlimited data,things and incident. However, when something is too good to exist, they must be something evil happen at the other end. This is call, equally use at the both side. One of the pity industry that is being violated by cyberspace would be the music industry.Before the advance of technology, everyone would have a cassettte of their favourite artist.Nowadays, iTunes, youtube, mp3 every single song can be download,view or shared internationally. The good thing is,the singer can be famous just depends on millions of viewer in youtube and thats it,you're a superstar now. While for the bad, is the person behind who produced the song, from pitching to compose to even the electric bill, will worth nothing at last.

Besides, cyberspace actually is a place that keeps everyone secret and also produce the eager for everyone to intrude the secret. Eventhough there are security password,firewall,anti-virus any kind of format to prevent someone's privacy, but there is someone call hacker in the world. They are eat,breed,live for the sake of "I am going to reveal your secret" . The good is, everyone would have a job opportunity.The bad is,secret is no more secret.

In cyberspace we've also been revealing with different type of things and education. I still remember when i was in secondary school, there is actually an advertisement that educates us,especially the pearents whenever inappropriate website appear in the screen, just press Alt+ F4 and the window will close automatically. It educates children that, whenever you saw something is not good,bad,or inappropriate,just press on Alt +F4 and they will not see it anymore. I did not press that button till now,even though when any inappropriate sites appear. Its just because, the more you want to hide it, the more you want to see it. Thus, i will just choose to ignore. After it finish load, and able to press close, I will just close it.

Cyberspace is a world that nobody can predict what is inside. Human is the one create and decides what to be in it. Instead of setting law to prevent it, its better to start from educating and understand the behavior.

Network is being widely interconnect with human thanks to the development of microelectronic and software that creates all those social networking server. In Manuel Castells journal, he once stated that technology does not determine the society, but without technology, society could not be formed easily. It’s just like, without argument, there will be no conflict, but without conflict there will be no changes and decision made. Everything will have the balance; it’s just the matter of how the pioneer wants it to be.

In Manuel Castells journal also, there is stated one of the point where networked organization outcompete all other form of organization. When an organization is able to follow the network, they would be the outstanding and successful one. For me, it’s just like a love drama. The guy that has the most connection with the heroin will be the one who coupled at last. If the heroin is the network, the guy would be the networked party.

I was once sitting in a Hong Kong MRT heading to Central and there were four to five office workers sitting in front of me doing the same thing. Technology actually bonds them together although they are totally strangers. I remember when I was sitting in the same MRT few years ago; it is totally different than what I’ve seen today. Office worker are actually spacing out and schoolgirls are chatting with each other. However, technology changes their behaviour.

Geoff Mulgan actually said that networks communicate and incommunicate at the same time. For an instance, it’s just like when all of your friends are playing restaurant city in Facebook, even though you're have not playing it, you will get to know who is lacking of tomatoes and who need eggs to unlock new recipe. This is something that even though you are not part of the game, you will still be influenced or informed. This is what communicates and incommunicate at the same time means. It also happens often when you're in relationship. Even though you only get to know your partner in college, you will know who is his/her ex girlfriend or ex boyfriend. It’s all thanks to social network site where everyone's past will been revealed. 

Network bonds each other together and formed a new society, its often in social networking site where there is a news about the guy is abusing his dog, there is actually a fan page that title "Anti xxx" which is dedicated to the guy. It actually connects different people that are totally stranger but has the same thinking and objective. I think network do matter from an individual, to a small group of people till the whole society. Networks changes us from different stages, in different ways but using the same method.
